By accessing or using Laterly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Laterly provides a platform for creating and scheduling letters to be delivered to designated recipients. The service includes letter creation, scheduling, check-in reminders, and automatic delivery when check-in conditions are not met.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Laterly. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service. You are solely responsible for the content of your letters and must not use the service for illegal purposes.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 14 days for annual subscriptions. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your letters will not be sent and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Laterly is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of Laterly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
