What happens if I don't check in?
After your check-in deadline passes, we send you reminders. If you still don't respond within the grace period, your letters are automatically delivered to your recipients.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your letters are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We cannot read your messages. Only your recipients can, when the letter is delivered.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.
What's the fair use policy?
Pro plans include up to 50 recipients per letter and 500 emails/month. For higher limits, contact us.
